The Human Capital Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support to the HR Department by assisting in the effective implementation of HR policies, procedures, and programs. This role supports employee relations, company events, training, records management, and daily HR operations, contributing to a positive, well-organized, and efficient workplace. 1. Perform and support the daily functions of the HR department, including but not limited to employee relations and training and development. 2. Provide clerical and administrative assistance to the HR team, including managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, organizing meetings and company events. 3. Compile and maintain both hard copy and electronic employee records (201), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with company policies and legal requirements. 4.
