Job Description
The Human Capital Business Partner (HCBP) will be responsible for leading, implementing and delivering Human Capital (HC) initiatives aligning to business objectives and needs, partnering with leaders and relevant stakeholders in prioritizing recruitment, performance management, labour relations, talent management, reward and recognition and initiatives in enhancing people solutions in alignment to the overall HC and business strategy.
