Human Capital Business Partner

Our client is seeking an experienced Human Capital Business Partner to partner with business leaders and drive the people agenda across multiple regions. This role requires a strong, hands‑on HRBP with the ability to operate both strategically and operationally, with extensive travel required.

• Partner with leadership to align Human Capital strategy with business objectives
• Drive performance management, talent management, and succession planning
• Lead culture, engagement, and transformation initiatives
• Provide expert Labour Relations support
• Deliver HC analytics and insights to inform decision‑making
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and workforce planning
• Coach and support line managers across the full employee lifecycle
