Qualifications, Knowledge and Skills Requirements: Bachelors degree in human resources management, Industrial Psychology, or a related field 4 6 years of relevant HR experience with previous experience as HR Manager Broad knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and systems Knowledge of talent and recruitment management Knowledge of performance management principles and procedures Knowledge of local regulations and legislation related to area of work Knowledge of administration processes Sound knowledge of relevant HR systems Understanding of project management principles
