Human Capital Director

We are looking for a Director of Human Capital to lead and transform our HR strategy across the entire business group.

Descriptions:

• Develop and implement Human Capital strategies aligned with the company’s overall business direction.
• Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, people development, organization design, compensation & benefits, and industrial relations.
• Ensure organizational structure, culture, and HR policies effectively support business performance.
• Act as a strategic partner to management on organizational strategy and talent management decisions.
• Drive digital transformation and governance improvements within the Human Capital function across all business units.

Qualifications:
