Human Capital Systems Specialist

Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented HC Systems Specialist to manage, optimize, and support our Human Capital Information System (HCIS) and related digital platforms. This intermediate-level role is critical in ensuring data integrity, system efficiency, and an enhanced employee experience through effective use of Human Capital technologies. The successful candidate will work closely with Human Capital, IT, and business stakeholders to configure system functionality, streamline processes, and provide expert user support.
