Job Description
The Human Capital Systems Specialist plays a key role in managing, optimising, and supporting the company’s Human Capital Information System (HCIS) and associated Human Capital technologies (including Flowcentric, Neptune, SAGE, Moodle, and Qlik sense). Operating at an intermediate professional level, this role is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and effective use of Human Capital data and digital tools to enhance operational efficiency and the overall employee experience.
The Human Capital Systems Specialist collaborates closely with Human Capital, IT, and business stakeholders to configure system functionality, streamline processes, and provide user support. A core component of the role is driving system‑related change initiatives, requiring strong change management capability to ensure successful adoption of new processes, technologies, and enhancements across the organisation.
