a1. Email Triage and Issue Management

• Monitor and manage incoming emails from various sources or campaigns.

• Triage and route messages to appropriate teams or stakeholders.

• Identify and escalate urgent or high-priority cases for immediate attention.

• Track progress and ensure timely resolution of all assigned email concerns.

• Ensure compliance with Globe's email handling standards and response protocols.

• Maintain and submit regular reports detailing email volume, issue status, and resolution metrics.

Carry out additional duties as may be delegated by Globe to support collections operations and campaign outcomes.
