Sureform is hiring
Human Data Managers
to help scale a global first-person video data collection program used to train AI and robotics models.

In this role, you'll recruit and manage contributors who record first-person (head-mounted) videos of everyday household and contractor tasks. You'll be responsible for onboarding contributors, ensuring they have the correct equipment, reviewing submitted footage for quality, and helping contributors improve their recordings so more minutes are approved. This is a performance-based role with significant upside tied directly to the volume and quality of footage your contributors submit.

Responsibilities:

• Recruit contributors online or in person , Reddit, LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, etc.)
• Ensure contributors fully understand Sureform's recording requirements
• Verify contributors have required equipment before approving them
