Job Title: Human Resource Administrative Assistant
Job Summary:
Organize and assist in giving RFIDs to employees per shift;
Assist employees with their inquiries and concerns promptly;
Draft and distribute internal HR communications, such as announcements, policies, and memos;
File and organize HR documents, reports, and presentations as needed;
Provide general administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files;
Collaborate with other departments for HR-related tasks and projects;
Assist in special HR projects, such as performance management initiatives, employee engagement surveys, or diversity and inclusion programs;
Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements within the HR function;
