Human Resource Advisor

We’re currently seeking a proactive and people-focusedHuman Resource Advisor to join our team as a key contributor to employee experience, talent processes, and operational HR excellence. This role partners closely with site managers and employees at a mine site inNorthern Ontario , providing thoughtful, responsive, and solutions-oriented HR support. You’ll be the go-to resource for this mine site, helping to drive engagement, resolve issues, and improve processes that make work better for everyone.

This role requirestravel to the site for at least one week per monthand stay in camp to provide on-the ground support to leaders, employees, and project operations.
