Human Resource Assistant Manager (Generalist)

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Assistant Human Resource Manager to support the overall HR operations of our public listed organization. The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure effective implementation of HR strategies, compliance with statutory requirements, and the development of a positive and high-performance workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities

1. HR Operations & Compliance

Assist in managing end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and HR administration.

Support the development, implementation, and review of HR policies, procedures, and initiatives in alignment with company objectives and regulatory requirements.

Ensure full compliance with Malaysian labour laws, employment regulations, and company governance standards.
