Human Resource Associate

Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology or a related field is a minimum requirement for this position
• At least 1 year experience in a related field
• Preferably with at least 1 year experience organizing corporate events; must have knowledge and thorough understanding of event planning principles, requirements, procedures, and available resources.
• With proven experience in gathering and analyzing statistical data and generating reports and presentation
• Adaptable and flexible in order to be able to take on the variety that a generalist role brings
• Must have excellent communication skills and be able to speak clearly and positively on the phone, over email, and in person.
• Congenial, helpful, and attentive in order to demonstrate communications and customer service skills
