Human Resource Associate

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and interview applicants in accordance with the approved Manpower Requisition Form, ensuring completion within the standard recruitment timeline.
• Compile and validate the pre-employment requirements of successful candidates.
• Maintains and updates database of applicants.
• Handle and respond to inquiries from applicants, employees, and officers regarding recruitment-related matters.

Key Requirements:

• Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or Psychology. Fresh graduates are welcome; HR experience is an advantage.
• Proficient in MS Office and basic HR systems.
• Maintains confidentiality and demonstrates high ethical standards.
