The Human Resource Associate will be responsible in handling full-cycle recruitment, organizational development initiatives, and employee relations.

Work Setup: Hybrid

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage full-cycle recruitment, including manpower planning, sourcing, screening, interviewing, job offers, and onboarding coordination.
• Support organizational development initiatives such as workforce planning, performance management, and role alignment to meet business objectives.
• Draft, review, implement, and monitor HR policies to ensure compliance with labor laws and company standards.
• Handle employee relations concerns, conduct investigations, facilitate conflict resolution, and recommend appropriate actions.
