AtkinsRéalis is proud to contribute to the modernization and rehabilitation of the Îles Maligne hydroelectric power plant, located in Alma, Québec. This major project aims to ensure the long-term sustainability and energy efficiency of this strategic infrastructure by integrating sustainable and innovative solutions. The work includes upgrading equipment, improving mechanical and electrical systems, and ensuring compliance with environmental and safety standards. This project is being delivered under an EPCM model (Engineering, Procurement, Construction Management), which requires close coordination between all disciplines. Particular attention is given to the HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) vision to ensure a safe work environment that complies with the highest standards. We are seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to support the leadership team in establishing HR strategies and shaping the project culture.
