Human Resource Business Partner

**The Team**

We are seeking a Human Resource Business Partner (“HRBP”) to join American Tower’s Human Resources team. Day to day you will provide general HR support for managers and leaders based in the U.S. You will partner cross-functionally to drive Human Resources and business initiatives and ensure smooth executions of Human Resource processes. You will work closely with other members of the HRBP community within the U.S. and international regions to create a consistent employee experience across American Tower’s global organization.

**What You Need to Succeed**

+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required.
+ A minimum of 4 years of Human Resources experience in an office environment with at least 2 years in employee relations, advising leaders on performance management, and talent development.
+ Experience supporting employees located in multiple locations preferred.
