Overview
Collaborates with business leaders to understand strategic objectives and develop HR solutions that support the achievement of organizational goals. Advises managers and leaders on workforce planning, talent management, employee relations, performance management, disciplinary actions, conflict resolution, and employee engagement matters. Partners with hiring managers to identify workforce requirements, develop recruitment strategies, support candidate selection, and enable effective onboarding. Leads initiatives to strengthen organizational effectiveness, including talent development, succession planning, and workforce planning. Implements performance management frameworks, tools, and processes to drive employee engagement, productivity, and continuous development.
