Key Responsibilities
· Partner with departments and employees to provide value-added HR advice and support across areas such as talent attraction, retention, development, rewards, engagement, and staff well-being
· Administer and execute HR functions under assigned portfolio, including recruitment, benefits, compensation, awards, manpower reporting, staff wellness and more
· Serve as a neutral and effective channel for employee feedback through regular engagement and dialogue sessions to foster an open, supportive workplace culture
· Participate in organisational projects, initiatives, and events as assigned
· Support and promote innovation initiatives, including staff suggestion schemes and process improvement projects
· Undertake additional duties or projects as assigned by the Head of Unit
