The Opportunity
We have an exciting opportunity for a student to join our People team from June 2026 as a co-ordinator . This is a full-time position based in our Dublin office.
It’s a fantastic chance to gain hands-on experience and valuable insight into the workings of a people-focused team within a global organisation.
As a Human Resource Co-Ordinator at Arup, you will:
Provide administrative support to the Ireland People Team.
Work closely with our two Senior Human Resources Business Partners.
Prepare various staff correspondences, maintain up-to-date staff records.
Verify data accuracy in systems and consolidate relevant data from multiple systems for reporting purpose.
