Human Resource Consultant

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Part-Time HR Consultant to support a range of client projects across different industries. This role is suited to someone who has strong generalist HR knowledge, understands South African HR compliance requirements, and is comfortable working across multiple clients at the same time. The ideal person will be organised, practical, professional, and able to move between operational HR support, compliance work, employee relations, HR documentation, and client advisory support. The HR Consultant will be responsible for supporting clients with the following: HR Advisory and Generalist Support Provide practical HR guidance to clients on day-to-day people matters.
