Job Description
Key Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Onboarding Support
- Assist in posting job advertisements and screening applications.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with department heads.
- Prepare offer letters, contracts, and onboarding documents.
- Conduct new hire orientation and ensure completion of required forms.
2. HR Administration & Record Management
- Maintain up-to-date employee records, personal files, contracts, and HR documents.
- Update attendance, leave records, and staff movement forms.
- Prepare HR letters such as confirmation, warning, transfer, and memos.
- Assist in preparing monthly HR reports and payroll-related documentation.
3. Employee Relations & Communication
- Assist in handling employee inquiries and directing them to the HR Manager when necessary.
