JOB SUMMARY
Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing employee engagement activities and training programs.
Provide support in maintaining a positive workplace culture through HR initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Employee Engagement
Organize employee events (e.g., wellness programs, recognition days, team building).
Assist in internal communication for engagement initiatives.
Gather and report employee feedback from activities and surveys.
Maintain documentation for attendance and participation.
Training and Development
Coordinate logistics for training programs and workshops.
Prepare training materials, attendance, and evaluation forms.
Monitor and track employee training records.
