The Learning and Organizational Development (L&OD) Professional will be responsible for
identifying development gaps and designing, implementing, and evaluating learning and
development programs that enhance employees' skills, knowledge, and capabilities. These
programs aim to foster continuous improvement in performance, engagement, and career growth
across all levels of the organization.
This role also plays a key part in supporting organizational initiatives that drive transformation,
