Responsibilities:

  1. Employee Records & Documentation
  2. Maintenance of Personnel Files: Ensure the proper and confidential storage of employee files and documents.
  3. Contract Management: Draft and process employment contracts, including renewals and terminations
  4. Leave Management: Monitor and record employee leave (vacation, sick, emergency, etc.)
  5. Employee Relation
  6. Conflict Solution: Serve as a mediator between employees and management in cases of grievances or disputes.
  7. Disciplinary Actions: Assist in implementing company policies, handling employee violations, and conducting disciplinary hearings.
  8. Employee Engagement: Plan and organize activities to boost employee morale and company culture.
