About This Role
As a Human Resource Executive, you will be responsible for handling the day-to-day administrative tasks in the Human Resource (HR) department. You will conduct recruitment efforts, onboarding processes, managing employee records and handling inquiries from employees and clients. You will also support various HR projects, as needed. It is a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the HR department and supporting the clients and overall workforce.
Responsibilities
● Preparation and submission of monthly and annual payroll and taxes for Company staff and clients – Singapore & Malaysia.
● Preparation and submission of monthly statutory contribution (EPF/SOCSO/PCB) for designated Malaysia clients on payroll services.
● Preparation and submission of monthly statutory contribution (CPF/SDL) for designated Singapore clients on payroll services.
