Key Responsibilities
Handle employee records, HR documentation, and contracts
Coordinate payroll inputs, leave management, and attendance
Ensure compliance with Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, EIS)
Support HR policies, procedures, and employee engagement initiatives
Handle employee queries and HR administrative matters
Assist in performance management and training coordination
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields
2–4 years of HR experience (IT/software industry is an advantage)
Knowledge of Malaysian employment laws and HR practices
