Job Summary
We are looking for an HR Executive to be based at our oil and gas project site in Pengerang. This role will handle daily HR operations, site manpower matters, and coordination with HQ. The candidate must be comfortable working in a project site environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle daily HR operations at project site, including attendance, leave, and manpower records.
• Manage onboarding and offboarding of site staff and workers.
• Coordinate recruitment for project manpower, including local and foreign workers.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, site rules, and basic labour regulations.
• Liaise with site management, supervisors, and HQ HR on HR-related matters.
• Prepare HR reports such as headcount, attendance, and disciplinary records.
