Qualification :
-Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Administrative and any related fields.
-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
-Years of experience : 0 - 3 years.
-Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, English.
Responsibililites as Human Resources:
-Monitor the staff contract period frequently.
-Managing the documentation like Offer letter, Job Description, HR review, attendances staff analysis and etc.
-Managing the internal relations and staff performance improvement plans.
-Managing and documenting the employee performance evaluations.
-Handling the acceptance of resignation and exit interview documentation.
-Handling internship and employment application process.
-Other Administration Job Functions such as restocking, maintenance report and event management.
