Hock Ju Edar Sdn Bhd is seeking a talented Human Resource Executive to join our dynamic team in Cheras, Kuala Lumpur. As a full-time role, you will be responsible for providing strategic HR support and guidance to our growing organisation.

1. Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates
2. Manage employee onboarding and orientation programmes
3. Administer payroll, benefits and leave management systems
4. Provide HR advisory services to managers and employees on policies and procedures
5. Support the implementation of HR initiatives and programmes to enhance employee experience
6. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with employment regulations
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives
