Job Description

Human Resources Generalist to join the Parkland at Home team based in Halifax, Nova Scotia. Reporting directly to the Regional Director of Home and Community Living, the Human Resources Generalist provides strategic and operational HR support across the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, workforce planning, employee relations, retention and engagement. As a strategic business partner, the role works closely with operational leadership and corporate HR functions to support organizational growth and new market expansions.
