Human Resource Generalist

The HR Generalist will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the employee experience within the electrical and industrial services framework. This role ensures that the company's human capital—from high-voltage technicians/lineman to senior engineers—is compliant, safe, and high-performing. You will manage the daily operations of the HR department with a heavy emphasis on workforce mobilization, safety training tracking, and labor law compliance.

Major Tasks:

• Heads end-to-end HR operations for a MERALCO-accredited electrical and industrial services contractor
• Serves as official company representative to DOLE, including Single Entry Approach (SENA) proceedings, labor inspections, and compliance conferences
• Acts as primary HR liaison with lawyers, legal counsel, and government officials
• Ensures strict compliance with Philippine Labor Code, DOLE issuances, MERALCO contractor requirements, and statutory benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG...
