Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Generalist to handle day-to-day Human Resources operations, with primary focus on recruitment, timekeeping, and employee relations. This role provides end-to-end HR support across various functions to ensure smooth, efficient, and compliant people operations.

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment & Selection (Primary Focus)

• Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for open positions
• Coordinate and conduct interviews with hiring managers
• Manage job postings, recruitment trackers, and applicant records
• Conduct background checks and employment verification
• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and completion of new-hire requirements

General HR Functions
