Human Resource Generalist

Job Summary:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and people-focused Human Resource Staff to support daily HR operations, including recruitment, employee records management, and coordination of employee-related activities. The role requires confidentiality, organization, and good communication skills.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment, screening, and onboarding of new employees
• Maintain and update employee records, 201 files, and HR databases
• Assist in payroll-related documentation, attendance, and leave monitoring
• Support employee relations and HR programs
• Help ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
• Prepare HR reports, memos, and other documentation
• Coordinate trainings, meetings, and company activities
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned
