Position Overview
Cybernet is looking for a motivated and organized HR Intern to support the Human Capital Management (HCM) team in day-to-day HR operations. This role is ideal for fresh graduates seeking hands-on experience in Human Resources and exposure to core HR processes in a professional corporate environment.
The HR Intern will primarily function in a support and coordination role, assisting with HR documentation, interview scheduling, onboarding activities, and employee record management.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Interview Coordination
- Assist in posting job openings on job portals and internal platforms
- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules with candidates and hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases
