Human Resource Intern

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resource Intern to join our team at AllValue Holdings Corp.' in Bacoor City Cavite. As a contract-based position, this role will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in various aspects of human resources within a fast-paced, innovative company.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process, including screening applications, coordinating interviews, and preparing offer letters
2. Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
3. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and team-building activities
4. Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and document management
5. Assist in the maintenance of employee records and performance management
