Human Resource Intern (Talent Acquisition)

You will be part of the Mapletree Internship Programme under the Human Resource, Talent Acquisition Team, working full-time from July 2026 to December 2026.

• Resume Mining & Market Scanning - Actively search for talent across various platforms including internal databases, LinkedIn, and JobStreet.
• Market & Industry Research - Conduct research on recruitment practices, employer branding trends, and real estate industry insights to support strategic hiring.
• Projects & Employer Branding Initiatives - Contribute to exciting HR projects such as digitalisation efforts and employer branding campaigns—create LinkedIn content, design EDMs, and assist with video editing.
• Recruitment Coordination & Admin Support - Manage key administrative tasks including candidate profile downloads, interview scheduling, and coordination.
