Key Responsibilities
Finance & Payroll
Manage full-cycle bookkeeping using QuickBooks Online
Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable, collections, and bank reconciliations
Prepare monthly financial reports including P&L statements
Process and manage payroll (US W2/1099 structures and EOR coordination)
Ensure compliance with payroll and financial regulations
