Responsibilities:

• Manage the full recruitment process including screening, interviews, and onboarding
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation
• Monitor staff attendance, leave, and discipline matters
• Prepare HR reports and ensure compliance with company policies
• Oversee employee welfare and staff development initiatives

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience in HR is an advantage
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• High level of integrity, responsibility, and professionalism
