Job description:
Assist with the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.
Facilitate the hiring process, including preparing job offers and onboarding new employees.
Maintain job descriptions, manage applicant tracking systems, and ensure the hiring process complies with all company policies.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or Human Resource Development Management
Strong communication and organizational skills
Willing to learn and be trained
Amendable to commute or relocate at Mandaluyong City.
