Human Resource Manager

Keewatinook Okimakanak (KO) represents six First Nation communities in the Northwestern Ontario region. The communities include Deer Lake FN, Fort Severn FN, Keewaywin FN, McDowell Lake FN, North Spirit FN and Poplar Hill FN.

The KO Chiefs Tribal Council is seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join their team.

The HR Manager will lead and manage all human resources (HR) functions at Keewatinook Okimakanak ensuring that HR practices align with the organization's mission and objectives. This position requires a highly organized, compassionate, and strategic individual who can foster a supportive and inclusive workplace culture.
