Human Resource Manager

The HR Manager will lead and manage all HR operations for Kaizen as a fully remote role , ensuring alignment with organizational objectives and compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations. This position focuses on operational efficiency, workforce management, HR policy implementation, and employee lifecycle processes. The HR Manager will maintain HR documentation, oversee compliance, facilitate talent acquisition, and drive employee engagement initiatives, supporting smooth and effective HR operations across the organization.
