About the role

TAI CHONG MARINE ENGINEERING SDN BHD' is seeking a skilled and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Ipoh, Perak. This full-time role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resource management within our organisation, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and the development of HR policies and procedures.

What you'll be doing

1. Develop and implement effective HR strategies, policies and processes to support the company's business objectives
2. Lead the recruitment, selection and onboarding of new employees
3. Manage employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters and terminations
4. Oversee the performance management system and facilitate employee development and training
5. Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and regulations
6. Collaborate with other departments to identify and address HR-related needs
