This position demands thorough oversight of attendance systems, workforce discipline, and payroll operations to ensure smooth daily functioning in all grading and sorting sections. The manager is responsible for ensuring precision in attendance records, detecting and preventing proxy attendance or ghost labor, and maintaining up-to-date labor documentation. A vital part of the role includes coordinating with multiple teams to align manpower planning with operational demands and maintaining labor productivity and discipline across all shifts.
