Job Description
As a member of the Executive Committee, the Human Resources Manager will serve and be responsible for the strategic and operational leadership of the Human Resources function within the hospital. The role is accountable for developing and executing people strategies that support the hospital's vision, organizational sustainability, operational excellence, and the delivery of high-quality patient care. As an executive leader, the incumbent will partner with the CEO and broader leadership team to contribute to strategic decision‑making, organizational growth, workforce planning, succession planning, and culture development. The role will ensure the delivery of integrated HR services that drive employee engagement, leadership capability, performance excellence, employee/industrial relations and regulatory compliance within Arwyp Medical Centre.
