Human Resource Manager

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations across Malaysia and Singapore
• Support retail frontline and corporate office teams
• Partner closely with business leaders to align HR strategy with business goals
• Ensure full compliance with local labour laws and HR regulations
• Drive a positive, engaged, and high-performance workplace culture
• Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail and office roles
• Build talent pipelines for key retail frontline positions
• Act as primary HR contact for employee enquiries
• Support annual employee engagement surveys
• Identify training needs through performance reviews
• Coordinate and manage approved training programs

Requirements:

• Diploma / Bachelor's degree / Certification in Human Resources or Business
• Minimum 5 years' HR generalist experience
