Human Resource Manager

The Human Resource Manager will lead end-to-end HR for Inventra and Eduquest, ensuring strong hiring execution, compliant employee relations, reliable HR systems, and consistent policy implementation. This role manages day-to-day HR operations, supervises the HR team, and partners with leaders to improve performance, culture, and retention across both companies.

Key Responsibilities

1) HR Operations & Administration

• Own HR processes across both companies (employee records/201 files, contracts, HR forms, HRIS/trackers).
• Ensure accurate and updated employee data, organizational records, and documentation.
• Create and maintain standard templates (contracts, memos, NTEs, notices, policies).

2) Recruitment & Onboarding

• Lead manpower planning with department heads; manage requisition approvals and timelines.
