About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team at Optimized Customer Solutions Inc. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's human resource function, including talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, and compliance. This is a full-time, on-site position with opportunities for career development within our growing organisation. You will be managing multiple sites in Cavite, Pampanga, Laguna, Quezon and Iloilo.
