We are looking for a visionary and hands-on HR Manager to be the architect of our people operations.

As our first dedicated HR manager hire, you won't just be managing a department, you will be building it. You will design, implement, and scale the foundational systems for talent, culture, and compliance that will support the company's growth.

Your mission is to build the People Infrastructure across five core pillars:

• Talent Acquisition: Design an end-to-end recruitment process. You'll define our employer brand, and partner with hiring managers to close top-tier talent.
• Systems & Processes: Select and implement a scalable HRIS. Fine-tune the company handbook, onboarding workflows, and internal policies from the ground up.
• Compensation & Benefits: Benchmark competitive salary bands and design a benefits package that attracts and retains talent in a startup environment.
