Human Resource Manager

A well-established and progressive Civil Engineering Consultancy is seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to lead and drive its HR function from its Westville office.

Reporting directly to the Managing Director and forming part of the Management Committee (MANCO), this is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of Human Resources, Payroll, Employee Relations, Talent Management, Compliance, and Facilities Management across the business.

This opportunity is ideal for an experienced HR professional who enjoys operating at both strategic and operational levels and is passionate about building high-performing teams and a positive workplace culture.

Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources or related field.
